Great service installing Tundra Pro Package I have been waiting for Toyota to release the Tundra Pro Suspension package for non-pro Tundras for over a year. I had contacted the service manager A I have been waiting for Toyota to release the Tundra Pro Suspension package for non-pro Tundras for over a year. I had contacted the service manager Anthony West quite a few times and asked that he notify me if the parts kit ever became available. Mt. West contacted me as soon as the parts were released. . I am very impressed that someone as busy as a service manager at a major dealership remembered to contact me right after the kit was available but months after we had last spoken. I wish I could have that kind of follow-up in my business! The install went perfect too. I even brought custom rear shackle parts in to be installed. After I had a chance to use the truck with the suspension Mr West even called to find out how everything was working. He was truly interested in how this modification worked. I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. More

In general service is OK. Service quality depends on adviser you work with. I had both good and bad experience - good experience was with Andrew Fabec. Three hours for a simple service Interesting that there are not responses to negative reviews. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had prepaid for, and Interesting that there are not responses to negative reviews. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had prepaid for, and it took three hours. The shop did not seem to be especially busy and I got no explanation for why my service took so long. The only thing I can think of is that Landcar plan customers are given a lower priority. After my last prepaid service, I may be going elsewhere. More
