Unexpectedly quick recall servicing I received a recall notice just before I was set to leave on a long weekend driving trip. The recall notice recommended not doing long distance driving or driving that would put pressure on the engine. Since I was concerned about my upcoming driving trip, I called the dealership to see if they could handle the required software update to the on board computer that would correct things. They said to bring it in and they would see if they could work it in. With a little hesitation, I took it over. They said no problem and it would only take about 45 minutes. Again, I was skeptical but left it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me just a little over half an hour later and told me they were finished and I could pick up the car. That is what I call great service. More

He saved me some money which I greatly appreciated. So when he called to inform me that they discovered I needed to change out my air filter I had no problem, and the money to replace it.
