Disappointed in the service. I was mislead on how much it would cost or the oil change. When I tried to get the correction information the service adviser was unable to provide me I was mislead on how much it would cost or the oil change. When I tried to get the correction information the service adviser was unable to provide me with it and it was taking a extremely long time. The the service adviser told me that they would call me back during the beginning of the week with the correct information and NEVER did. I do not think I will be bringing back my vehicle for any service at this dealership. More

JESUS CHAVEZ. MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2015 TOYOTA AVALON LIMITED HYBRID. OUR SEARCH BEGAN THROUGH INTERNET SALES AND I WAS REFERRED TO MR. JESUS CHAVEZ. THE FIRST STEP WAS TO HAVE MY WIFE TEST DRIVE THE CAR. PREVIOUS TO OUR PURCHASE, WE OWNED A 2008 TOYOTA AVALON LIMITED, WHICH WAS A CERTIFIED VEHICLE FROM LARRY MILLER. INCIDENTALLY, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE ALAMEDA BRANCH DESERVES GREAT CREDIT - THE CREW THERE IS THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. MY WIFE WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE HYBRID AVALON AND WITH JESUS AS A SALES ASSOCIATE. WE ORDERED THE CAR THAT WE DESIRED, BEING THE KIND OF BUYERS WHO INSIST ON PARTICULAR FEATURES:EXTERIOR COLOR, INTERIOR TRIM, ETC. JESUS WARNED US THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS COULD TAKE 3 WEEKS, AND, AS IT TURNED OUT, THIS WAS THE CASE. JESUS KEPT US INFORMED ABOUT WHERE THE CAR WAS IN THE PIPELINE. WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED, HE ARRANGED FOR PREP AND A DEALER-INSTALLED REMOTE START AND TURNED THE WORK AROUND IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, EVER PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND COURTEOUS, JESUS TOOK IT ON HOME IN A WAY THAT MADE THE BUYING EXPERIENCE A GENUINE PLEASURE - THE BEST I'VE EXPERIENCED IN OVER 40 YEARS, AND I'VE LOST TRACK OF HOW MANY VEHICLES I'VE PURCHASED DURING THAT PERIOD OF TIME. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW VEHICLE AND HAVE ALREADY DIRECTED A NUMBER OF QUESTIONS TOWARD JESUS, WHICH HE HAS ANSWERED FAITHFULLY AND PROMPTLY.
