INCIDENTALLY, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE ALAMEDA BRANCH DESERVES GREAT CREDIT - THE CREW THERE IS THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. MY WIFE WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE HYBRID AVALON AND WITH JESUS AS A SALES ASSOCIATE. WE ORDERED THE CAR THAT WE DESIRED, BEING THE KIND OF BUYERS WHO INSIST ON PARTICULAR FEATURES:EXTERIOR COLOR, INTERIOR TRIM, ETC. JESUS WARNED US THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS COULD TAKE 3 WEEKS, AND, AS IT TURNED OUT, THIS WAS THE CASE. JESUS KEPT US INFORMED ABOUT WHERE THE CAR WAS IN THE PIPELINE. WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED, HE ARRANGED FOR PREP AND A DEALER-INSTALLED REMOTE START AND TURNED THE WORK AROUND IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, EVER PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND COURTEOUS, JESUS TOOK IT ON HOME IN A WAY THAT MADE THE BUYING EXPERIENCE A GENUINE PLEASURE - THE BEST I'VE EXPERIENCED IN OVER 40 YEARS, AND I'VE LOST TRACK OF HOW MANY VEHICLES I'VE PURCHASED DURING THAT PERIOD OF TIME.
