When we did finally pull up to the lot, Chris Triller greeted us, and he was kind and listened to our wants/needs. Although they didn't have the vehicle in stock, he orchestrated the shipment of our vehicle from another dealership. The finance officer wasn't pushy at all, and after I left the lot with my new Sienna, I had no regrets. I loved the experience, and I'll be buying my next vehicle from them, for sure! More

A great operation My husband and I were very impressed with this dealership. They did well on price for us. And, they did a great job of familiarizing us with the veh My husband and I were very impressed with this dealership. They did well on price for us. And, they did a great job of familiarizing us with the vehicle at pick up. Our salesman, Brandon Robinson, is first rate - 10 years with the company and committed and enthusiastic. He knows the technical details. On the sales papers, Brittany, while new to the job of financials - was very savvy about warranties and prices for ad-ons - she did a great job of telling us what was and wasn't covered. Russ Tilton (sp?)-the sales manager was friendly, professional, and a clear communicator about where the dealership stood on pricing - he did not have an attitude of take it or leave it - you can tell that the entire operation is being run like a people-centered business - the receptionists actually greet you warmly - popcorn's fresh and there for grabbing - the waiting area for folks whose cars are getting serviced is great - everyone is energetic and doing their job and seemingly loving it/them too. The sell is not a hard sell but they obviously want to do what they can to attract your business - and they did - we are happy so far and pleased to have already met the service center's manager for future reference. We also went for a ride and he allowed me to drive all the way to my home to make sure the car went up the driveway ok. I appreciated this very much. I was furious with the first offer on my trade-in. Truly thought since I bought my car at this dealership I would be more respected as far as a trade-in value. I walked out. Two weeks later the discount on the car and an increase in the trade in value helped me make the decision to buy the Prius. I was never told about the vin window chip cost of $198. I feel this should be part of the car price or at least explained. Having it be one of the last items when you are signing your life away is a bummer. More

fantastic the salesperson Rosie Rosas was wonderful knowledgable and very patient with as I wasnt sure to what i wanted. Rosie went above and beyond the standard bar for car sales she allowed me to look and drive several vehicles before I found what I felt I needed a very different approach but very much to my liking Thank you to all involnved with my buying experience I will buy from LHM again More
