I went to get my Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid Limited 2023 inspection done and found the service department very professional, kind, respectful & dedicated ensuring I got the best service. While waiting I decided to buy a new vehicle. Mr Mark Holmes, GM of Sandia Toyota personally went through options available, offered me the best deal possible. I said “I trust you 100% and believe I will get the best”. Mr Holmes & his team took my statement seriously & gave their best. Did not check or test drive the vehicle. I left the dealership with my Toyota Venza Hybrid Limited 2024 documents in a couple of hours. Great Teamwork!!! They exceeded my expectations.
