"All in the 'Family'.... Toyota Took-homa!!!" I visited 3 dealerships prior to going to Larry H. MIller Toyota and at all of them I felt like I was being hustled or lied to(one of them definitely I visited 3 dealerships prior to going to Larry H. With Enrique I felt welcomed and was given the room to make my decision at my own pace. That feeling allowed me to make my own decision quickly because I didn't want that amazing Tacoma to slip away. Enrique was very thorough in explaining what every button was for and where all the compartments were. He made sure I knew what I was getting. After coming back to the dealership from the trial ride, my son and I were offered refreshments. We walked inside and there were people who were shopping for cars just sitting at the tables in relaxed manners, eating... it felt like I was at a BBQ. One of the managers, Abraham, was extremely helpful. He made sure I understood what my options were and repeatedly would say, "However you want to do it". I was allowed to do the paperwork over a 2 day period as I had my two year old son with me and it would have been WAYYYY too much for him to wait through all the paperwork that comes with buying a car. Donald made the process of purchasing a car fairly easier than experiences I've had in the past. I am glad he took that first step when I drove up to assist me. In your Finance Department, Brittney was amazing and made the time pass with ease, using her "awesomeness" which apparently comes naturally to her. I had outside financing already set up but she made the paperwork fly by. The topper was the "Thank You" gift that was dropped off a few days after. It was a car wash kit for my new truck. A very classy move and one that I appreciated. More
