If you had a best friend who just happened to be a mechanic, I This was my second visit in getting my car serviced, and I look forward to Izze's help. If you had a best friend who just happened to be a mechanic, Izze would be this person! I explained my concerns (hearing a noise, perhaps something in the tires), and Izze took note. The wait time was minimal. Izze sought me out (instead of waiting until the end of the service) to let me know what they found and removed from the tires, and that there was no damage effecting the tires. At the end of the service, he called to let me know my car was ready. Izze gave me a copy of the checklist, let me know everything was just fine, and we scheduled the next appointment with a reminder call from him when it comes up. Any questions you have about your car or service is one that any employee at LHM Toyota will be happy to answer. No question is too small or silly, every question is treated with the purpose of finding you an answer. I highly recommend LHM Toyota whether you're looking for a car or you're needing to service your car. Every employee I've worked with has been awesome!! More

What I liked best about the process is it was straightforward My dealer purchase experience was primarily based on interaction with Brandon Robinson. What I liked best about the process is it was straightforward and no haggle. We discussed various vehicles but decided to order exactly what I wanted. This took 2 months but I understood that up front and was in no rush. I wanted what I wanted and not more or less with vehicles already built. Brandon kept me updated throughout the entire process and also followed up after the sale to answer questions. I tried the Costco program with the other Toyota dealer and was not at all happy with the process. I used the Consumer Report buying process at this dealership and right away could see a different philosophy of business at this dealership, which fit me better. The sales area is relatively quiet and the sales people are helpful without being pushy. I thought this was also important since I will be returning there for service. Brandon is very professional as well as considerate/appropriate with his approach and all answers. Sometimes sales people can try to minimize a concern or act condescending about a question - not so with Brandon - he was top notch all the way!!! Thanks Brandon - I love my new Highlander!!! More
