We also went for a ride and he allowed me to drive all the way to my home to make sure the car went up the driveway ok. I appreciated this very much. I was furious with the first offer on my trade-in. Truly thought since I bought my car at this dealership I would be more respected as far as a trade-in value. I walked out. Two weeks later the discount on the car and an increase in the trade in value helped me make the decision to buy the Prius. I was never told about the vin window chip cost of $198. I feel this should be part of the car price or at least explained. Having it be one of the last items when you are signing your life away is a bummer. More
