Typical dealership, wasnt impressed, I began using another service center for servicing. Then 10 years later was on my way to have brakes done at another local shop, but called Larry Miller Scion and was treated so well on the phone and was pleasently shocked at the price of the brake job, I decided to give them another try. The service from when I dropped the car off to when I picked it up was all as promised and professional. I am glad the new owners have cleaned house or have retrained - it shows. More

My New Car I was not very accepting of the new Corolla when I first saw it. Did not look like all that much had changed from my '10 Corolla "S". After having test driven it, i was much surprised. The new Corolla had a really nice appearance, was Very quite while driving, great sound system (ALWAYS listen to music while driving), back-up camera, Bluetooth Feature which makes the whole driving experience just that much nicer, and the mileage is comparable to what i had. Can't ask for much more, in a fairly basic car, so as this being about my 6th Toyota, they just seem to keep getting better!!!!! :D More

I was given the option of having a minor remote key problem repaired or of scheduling the work later since it would take more than an hour to diagnose and repair. I appreciated having the options explained. I was also contacted for permission to replace an air filter, which I agreed to. Staff here is very aware of good customer service. That, and the professional level of work, is why I continue to come here after ten years of owning my Prius (which I also bought here). I'm also fond of the little perk of getting the car washed when I visit. More
