He answered all our questions with courtesy and professionalism. He was not pushy. He was very polite and seemed genuinely interested in our needs and desires. I had done some research on the Sienna before going to the dealer. The figures regarding cost of the vehicle and the amount for my trade-in were almost exactly what my research (Kelly Blue Book and Edmonds) showed they should be. Abraham Vacencia, the manager went above and beyond dealing with a concern I had regarding the vehicle's radio. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Ruobei Jonsson, the finance officer was very informative, answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy and went out of her way to make sure I understood every aspect of the transaction. This hole process only too 3-4 hours. There is no question that when it comes time for us to buy a vehicle for my wife we will go to Larry Miller Toyota of Albuquerque.
