When I called you a few days ago to find out about a replacement for my visor you "jumped" right on it. You were able to assess my needs, find the part and set up my appointment, all within a very short time frame. As we pulled up to the Parts/Service bay, Aaron Evans assisted me, he was polite, attentive and very professional. He got right to me and let me know he would call when the service was complete. It was completed in about 45 minutes and done perfectly. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised at the rate of speed and consistent service I received. Experience with Gabe Salazar Gabe Salazar was an amazing salesman. Approaching us and convincing us to trade in our old car and replace it with a new one is an evidence of a good Gabe Salazar was an amazing salesman. Approaching us and convincing us to trade in our old car and replace it with a new one is an evidence of a good salesman. He toured us and showed us different models of cars and colors.Since I had a camry before so I told him I would prefer a camry again and he nailed it. We found a blue one and a metallic gray so we rode the blue one and park it right beside the metallic gray to compare the color and we decided to take the gray one. He showed us the new features of the car and we were really convinced and delighted to replace our car with a new one. I could feel that Gabe is an asset to the company. 50K Service I dropped my car of for it's 50K servicing at about 10 am, Brad was very friendly and helpful. My car was ready for me to pick up in an hour. I found it online, called and spoke to Enrique and went out Purchashing a pre-used and certified Toyota RAV 4 was made so easy by Enrique and Ruobei. I found it online, called and spoke to Enrique and went out and took a test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'm very happy with it. I had been servicing my 1998 RAV4 at Larry Miller Toyota and now will continue there with my 2010 RAV 4. More
