New Purchase: 2014 4Runner I used the USAA Vehicle Buying Program to make this purchase. A couple of weeks before contacting USAA, I visited the lot to look over the new 4Runne I used the USAA Vehicle Buying Program to make this purchase. A couple of weeks before contacting USAA, I visited the lot to look over the new 4Runners. Fuji helped me that day and was instrumental in helping me to make my decision to pursue a purchase. Jesus contacted me via the Buying Program for the Internet Sales team; he was very helpful, courteous, and timely in working with me to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted. In the end, we had to do a dealer transfer from Colorado, but that all worked out fine. Jesus's manager, Josh, was great to work with as well, and I was very pleased with the no nonsense negotiations we worked through in terms of the final sales price for the 4Runner as well as my trade-in vehicle. On the day we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Jesus had a family emergency to deal with, so Kelly stepped in to help out. He helped to walk us through the final stages of the paperwork (see comment below) and then carefully went over every aspect of the new vehicle. All in all, a pleasant vehicle purchase/trade-in process. My only complaint would be that the final paperwork seemed endless and took much longer than we felt it should have -- although the finance representative we worked with (sorry, don't have his name handy) was pleasant and professional. My only complaints are that: 1. the vehicle took longer to receive than was initially stated 2. the price was not as good as an out of state dealer I had the possibility to work with, but could not due to to receive than was initially stated 2. the price was not as good as an out of state dealer I had the possibility to work with, but could not due to the seat heater recall. 3.
