This was my first return to LHM Toyota in a year. I was attracted by the $25 oil change from a respected dealer, not a quick change 3rd party but also needed to have a recall addressed. I brought this to Francisco's attention and when he couldn't quickly find a car wash attendant he took my car through the wash himself. I found this to be a truly great customer service recovery, the kind of experience found in very few organizations. More

Had the software update/recall for my '10 Prius. I/we always get excellent service from the likes of Anthony West and/or Estevan Marrujo for our two Toyotas.
