They noted a brake light was out but did not bother to replace it. Not too happy about that or sure why they didn't take a few minutes to fix it. I had two Tundra trucks in for service over the New Year's holiday period - a 2001 that needed a new fuel pump and a 2012 for Land Car Service. I never thought that I would have two Tundras and never Year's holiday period - a 2001 that needed a new fuel pump and a 2012 for Land Car Service. I never thought that I would have two Tundras and never thought that I would have two trucks in for service at the same time. The care on the 2012 has been excellent and routine with zero problems in the first year of use. However, the care on the 2001 was meticulous in the diagnosis and subsequent replacement of the old fuel pump. Mr. Christy was able to meet my needs for timeliness and for being accurate in what was wrong with the "old truck." The 2001 has over 230,000 miles and is working just great with the new fuel pump. I would like to keep this 2001 running for another 25,000 miles. Thanks very much. Garry Wolfe More

This was also the first time I have purchased a vehicle without feeling nervous or second-guessing my decision. In fact, I was very excited about my decision, but this could not have been possible without Richard's willingness to listen to all my questions and concerns. He also went above and beyond, working with the creditors to get me the best interest rate. Lo and behold, after my trade-in, I end up with a brand-new vehicle with a much lower interest rate.
