A wee bit disappointed. While there I purchased a new bottle-cap hub cap. I asked "Service" person to tell mechanic to please pop on the cap. It was not done. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the free bottle-cap hub cap. I asked "Service" person to tell mechanic to please pop on the cap. It was not done. My husband and I had to replace our old 2004 Saab station wagon because it was just too hard (and expensive) to find parts anymore. We are both poor teachers, with student loan debt, so our credit was terrib wagon because it was just too hard (and expensive) to find parts anymore. We are both poor teachers, with student loan debt, so our credit was terrible. Brad took this as a personal challenge and found us a 2013 car that we were able to purchase. We have been extremely happy with our car and would use him for any future purchases. More

Every single employee that worked with us was knowledgeable and friendly (even after 9:00 pm). At first we though they were being dishonest about the price; however, after extensive research and calling many dealerships in and out of state it is clear that my husband and I walked away with a good deal. The only thing that I wish was different is the maintenance package. They do oil changes every 5000 miles, which would be fine if it weren't a brand new truck but I honestly wish they would change that policy. Overall we are very happy with our experience and our new truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More
Upon arriving I was greeted in a friendly manner. I waited about two minutes. I was told it was going to be about an hour and a half to have my truck serviced. It only took and hour. This was the first time I had taken my pickup to be serviced. My overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The time it took to have my truck was done in a timely manner. Although buying a new vehicle is always somewhat stressful, Brandon made our experience as painless as possible. He took the time to answer all our questions, showed us several differently configured Tacomas, and after a test drive and asking more questions, decided on the model we wanted. He then handed us off to the excellent finance department, the paperwork was done and we drove off with our new Tacoma. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Larry H. Miller to my friends. More
I was interested in taking advantage of the zero% interest and zero down. I was looking on the internet to see what was available and got a response, on line, from a salesperson. I told him in gene interest and zero down. I was looking on the internet to see what was available and got a response, on line, from a salesperson. I told him in general terms what I was looking for and we talked on the phone and he said he would check and get back. My wife did not want a dark color car and we were interested in a Camry LE. Rudy showed us what he had on the lot and he didn't have what we wanted. He said he would look around and see if he could find the color/model combination we were after. He found our car in Santa Fe and we were able to make a deal. He, Rudy, was extremely helpful with the whole buying process. I am a long time Toyota owner and a repeat buyer from (Karl Malone-L H Miller) Toyota. I probably will be again. More

THEY HAVE A SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM. THIS IS BASED ON SEVERAL EXPERIENCES. THEIR ATTTITUDE IS: "TOYOTA IS A GREAT CAR. IT WILL SELL ITSELF (ESPECIALLY THE PRIUS). THE CUSTOMER IS THE LEAST IMPORTANT SEVERAL EXPERIENCES. THEIR ATTTITUDE IS: "TOYOTA IS A GREAT CAR. IT WILL SELL ITSELF (ESPECIALLY THE PRIUS). THE CUSTOMER IS THE LEAST IMPORTANT PART OF THE TRANSACTION. DON'T BOTHER." I MADE TWO VISITS TO LOOK AT THE PRIUS. WE DECIDED TO BUY. I CALLED LHMILLER BACK TO FIND OUT WHAT COLORS THEY HAD ON THE LOT. THEY NEVER RETURNED THE PHONE CALL. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE COLOR, AND THEY JUST SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME, OR NOONE WAS AVAILABLE. DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME? THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO WALK OUT ONTO THE CAR LOT!!! I WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZED. THE RUDENESS AT LHMILLER WAS SO OBVIOUS IT WAS ALMOST A BIT CREEPY. I WENT TO THE ***OTHER*** PLACE THAT EVENING AND BOUGHT FROM THEM. THEY WERE HAPPY TO SEE ME. AND CONTRARY TO ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS, I'VE SINCE HEARD ABOUT LHMILLER'S RUDENESS MANY TIMES. More
We recently purchased a 2013 Tacoma at Larry Miller. From the quote request, through signing the paperwork, the entire staff was outstanding. There was no pressure, no hard sale, no runaround. Richard Jiron, the quote request, through signing the paperwork, the entire staff was outstanding. There was no pressure, no hard sale, no runaround. Richard Jiron, Derrick Jensen, and Abraham were outstanding in every way. It was easily the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
Very unpleasant & humiliating experience with this dealership. Received a recall notice in the mail, called this dealer to see what is was about & getting it taken care of, while I was on the phone dealership. Received a recall notice in the mail, called this dealer to see what is was about & getting it taken care of, while I was on the phone with the service manager I asked about previous recalls & if they had been taken care, he said they had been. He pulled up a recall history on my vehicle, but didnt bother to mention that the current recall had already been taken care of previously, so he talked me into coming in. Pulled inside into the service reception area, got out of the car & stood there for a few minutes, I was standing across from the booth of the service manager I had made the appoinment with, he wasnt there. A young woman walked up to me, I handed her the recall notice. She said "what is this?, you want me to have this?" I said it was my recall notice, asked her "you're not a service writer?", I am she said. Who is your appoinment with? I gave her his name. She tracked him down finally. He wrote up the recall work order & told me it would take between 45 minutes & 2 hours. Two hours later the service manger came to tell me the car had been inspected & a couple of bolts replaced. Then came the bombshell, he also informed me I needed a new water pump & it would be close to $700 to replace it. I've had enough of this I thought, there was no dripping, coolant resevoir level was always showing full, front of engine looked clean., no over-heating probems. If that didnt take the cake, some miscreant came up to me while I was waiting to pick up my car & tried like crazy to solicit me for a "discounted water pump repair job" somewhere on the eastside of town. I've begun a theory that recalls & coupons in the mail from dealers are nothing more than devices to get you to bring your vehicle in so their service dept. can disect it for a maximum repair solicitation.
