This was my first return to LHM Toyota in a year. I was attracted by the $25 oil change from a respected dealer, not a quick change 3rd party but also needed to have a recall addressed. Francisco was very friendly and helpful, getting me costs on several additional items. I was a little disappointed when my service was completed and the car wash had not been done. I brought this to Francisco's attention and when he couldn't quickly find a car wash attendant he took my car through the wash himself. I found this to be a truly great customer service recovery, the kind of experience found in very few organizations. More

Had the software update/recall for my '10 Prius. I/we always get excellent service from the likes of Anthony West and/or Estevan Marrujo for our two Toyotas. Buying my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid was a great experience. I had just gone to a dealership by the same name and the two experiences were like night and day! The choices and appearance of the cars of the other location were limited and there was no one to greet or help me so I left and came back to the Eubank dealership as this was where I bought my first Camry. The experience was still the same as my first time which was excellent! I just figured since they both had the same brand and name that the experience would be the same.
