I went into the service dept for a simple oil change and tire rotate. 2010 Toyota Highlander, I was informed of services Toyota reccomends and what the technician found and what he suggested. I was confused so the advisor I worked with (Adrian) broke it down into lamens terms for me (I'm not mechanically inclined, lol). I read some other reviews here and also on Yelp so I figured I would try them out, I had previously been going to the former Karl Malone Toyota and never had service like I received at American, again by reading reviews I decided to go out of my way to try this service and now I will not go anywhere else! My experience with this dealership and the salesperson was absolutely amazing!! There's this idea that the car buying experience is scary and for the most part it is but Mr. Ruiz gave me renewed hope in was absolutely amazing!! This company does not respond to Better Business Bureau complaints about poor customer service in a reasonable amount of time. They lie and say they call the customer about a problem/open BBB case when the complaints about poor customer service in a reasonable amount of time. They lie and say they call the customer about a problem/open BBB case when they do not. Be wary, if you ever have a problem, they will treat you like crap at the dealership and then ignore you when you seek outside assistance with getting your problem resolved, hoping you'll just go away. VERY unprofessional. Never had to deal with this when the dealership was owned by Karl Malone. More
Vehicle was not performing to usual standard, had vehicle towed in and Todd and his crew diagnosed & repaired within 2 days. The car is working great again and i couldn't be happier. I bought a used car for my mom, she has never had a new car in her life. So I got her the newest used car we can a 2008. Ross, thanks for your support. Your screw driver was inadvertantly left in my car. I will return it when I get back in town. The truck rode nice all the way to El Vado. I would appear that I will get a little better gas milage with the automatic than with the '06 stick. Toyota still needs to offer heated seats for our cold climate as I told them in '06. Should be able to use a thin sheet of aluminum above the springs to distribute the heat. As much as I hate negotiations, I was initially disappointed in the initial value assessment for my '06 truck. I was pleased that the value was somewhat recognized (per Kelly evaluation)but even more pleased that you all accepted the running boards.
