My only concern as I indicated in the other review was that my car was not washed as the ticket had indicated. It was still dirty and it still is. Had a good experience even if it took abit longer due to the lease trade in issue. It would have been nice to have some water since I was there for 7 hours and not just popcorn. I first met Todd Mills when I brought my new 2008 RAV 4 in for its first service visit. From the start, Todd made me feel like I was getting serviced by a neighborhood dealership not a big name brand deal in for its first service visit. From the start, Todd made me feel like I was getting serviced by a neighborhood dealership not a big name brand dealership. He has always been very attentive to my concerns and always has suggestions to alleviate them. I can call him and ask him anything about my car (I am single and he is the one I trust with my car). From day one he has treated me as if I were the most important customer at Toyota. I will continue to service my car at Toyota because of Todd.
