Can I give a zero to the service department? First time I took it in they told me I would be out by 4pm, ended up leaving at 6pm. Saturday I had an appointment at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 only First time I took it in they told me I would be out by 4pm, ended up leaving at 6pm. Saturday I had an appointment at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 only to be rudely told the air compressor wasn't working so my appointment was canceled. They said they had been calling customers but I never received a call. I drive 1.5 hours from out of town for the appointment. I went inside to talk to the manager. I saw 5 employees who were doing nothing, could easily have been on the phone to customers. The manager made absolutely no offer to compensate for my time and cost to drive into town to get my vehicle serviced. The manager was rude and has no concept of customer satisfaction. When I left the same 5 employees were all still standing around doing nothing. I have purchased 12 Toyota vehicles in 4 different states. This is the first time I have run into an example of such poor customers service. More
