T My visit was exceptional. Chris took time to visit with me, answer my questions and educate me fully about the ongoing maint of my 2015 4-Runner. The maintenance program and prior maintenance recommendations quoted by another Toyota dealership were quite costly. ( I came to LM Toyota because I had begun to question the ethics of the prior dealership and I had many questions and concerns.) I am retired and my husband is recently disabled. He knows vehicles better than I, and I am on a steep learning curve when dealing with necessary vehicle maintenance and expenses. ( I am vulnerable but not stupid.) Chris treated me respectfully and answered my questions thoroughly and honestly. I immediately trusted him. IMy trust in Chris was confirmed when, after examining the maintenance estimate provided me by another Toyota dealership, Chris explained that much of the maintenance listed on the estimate as immediately recommended, was not required until 100,000 miles. Under Chris' guidance, my immediate maintenance cost was reduced by $600.00 AND I was told of an airbag recall that I have no memory of being told of by the prior Toyota dealership staff.
