I have been going to the Toyota Service department for years and Anthony has never let me down, always friendly with a honest demeanor. I am on the road a lot and had an issues with one of my vehicles, it was late and I called his cell number and he walked me through the steps on correcting the problem, resolving and getting me back on the road. We've bought a lot of cars, but we never saw this kind of teamwork before. Jonnalyn was patient, knowledgeable and supportive. This was my first time to hug a car salesperson! Good news read the sale did fall through, they called me, I made an appointment to test drive, and in the end came home with a new vehicle. Salesman was knowledgeable, very nice, finance was quick and painless. Very nice buying experience from start to finish. I want to say this was my 4th car purchase from this dealership.
