Waiting room staff always friendly and with a smile. When car is ready its been washed; review of procedures and always include a response to my earlier requests and concerns. I think the pre-paid maintenance package that include oil change and check-ups is a great deal and keeps maintenance on schedule. Shuttle service was friendly too when I needed it. When I purchased the car I was impressed and thankful for friendly staff that listened to my concerns and questions and never pressured me or made me feel like they couldn't "make a deal for me. I had just left another dealership where I met with the same sales person twice and then returned to purchase a car. Sales person was dismissive, would not listen to my questions, concerns or budget to help me purchase. Larry Miller staff was friendly, worked with me, responded to my budget concerns and basically sold me the dealership not just the car. More
Thorough Service Evaluation I took my 10-year-old Camry Hybrid in for what I thought was going to be just an oil change. I mentioned to my service rep that my mileage hasn't been as good as usual. (My car has only 41k miles.) After waiting approximately 75 min., my rep told me of several recommendations that the Service Dept. had. I decided to proceed with the service. I was disappointed that my car needed so much work done, but the reason I take it to Larry H. Miller Toyota is so it can be thoroughly evaluated on each occasion. More

When the time came to talk price, he did everything he could to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Brittany did an amazing job explaining everything dealing with the financing, rates, and rebates. We would definitely recommend LHM Toyota and if we never need a new vehicle, we will be back! More

Larry & Toyota went above and beyond my expectations. My overall rating is based on my previous interactions with personnel working for Larry H. Miller. The cleanliness of the store was subpar. I did not receive the cleats to my bed, which was on the sticker, but oh well, right? I did not want the GAP nor did I want the theft warranty, but was rushed through the sale and that was added, but no confrontation from me. Poor handling of the financing department. Stale, cold popcorn was offered, thought I was chewing on styrofoam. Nasty coffee, thought I was back in Iraq for a second. Overall the vehicle is perfect for me, and I have been told that Toyota has the best service department in the industry, so I am looking to be the judge on that. I have more in mind, but will settle for this bit of information provided to you for free of charge. More
