He also was very outgoing which made the experience less stressful considering I had no idea what I even wanted to purchase and he also helped find the best deal and arrangements for my situation. The best car salesman ever! I had been in the market for a new Tacoma for awhile and was searching LHM's inventory online. I had identified a couple of trucks that I was interest I had been in the market for a new Tacoma for awhile and was searching LHM's inventory online. I had identified a couple of trucks that I was interested in, but had put off going to the dealership because I dislike being pressured by sellers, and all the back and forth negotiating I have experienced in past purchases. Last Wednesday I decided to bite the bullet and go to LHM. When I pulled into the lot I was greeted by a very friendly guy named Gabe. He asked if he could help and I told him I was looking for a Tacoma. He took me over to the Tacoma area and showed me the inventory. I went to the truck I had liked best online and asked him to show me that one. Gabe got the key and we took it for a spin. I told him I was interested in buying it, so he took my trade-in to get it appraised while I waited. A few minutes later he returned with the appraisal and the price of the Tacoma. I thought the appraisal was more than fair as was the price of the new vehicle. We talked a bit and I told Gabe I wanted to do the deal. Two hours from the time I drove onto the lot, I drove off in my new Tacoma. Gabe is the most professional, easygoing salesman I have ever met. He listened to what I wanted, showed me what was available, and never once tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle. I felt good about my interaction with him and actually enjoyed the entire purchasing process - that's definitely a first for me. More
