So when Jaymie approached us we were not interested in answering any more questions we just wanted to look. She gave us her card, answered a few questions, and we left. We went to three other dealers and we were still unsure. The next day, after work, we were going home and we decided to look at another car. After seeing it we decided to go back to Toyota to look one more time. We asked for Jaymie and fortunately she was there. As soon as she walked up, I stated we were just looking still. But she was patient and we asked to look at three cars. The hybrid was the one for us. So we got it!! We really didn’t know what we wanted. A small car for the gas mileage, a sedan for the room, or a luxury car. Jaymie never bashed any other dealers she just gave us the information we needed. We will refer all our friends to her!! More

Great service I bought this vehicle in September with 20kmiles and requested new tires at the time, now I brought it in with 30kmiles and being told it needs an ali I bought this vehicle in September with 20kmiles and requested new tires at the time, now I brought it in with 30kmiles and being told it needs an alignment and tires which bugs when all my miles are on the freeway and it was aligned before I picked it up so I am free frustrated by this. I spent a lot on this to now 5 months later spend another $1000 plus an alignment if you can understand what I mean. More
