I had to wait almost a week to get a new title for the car I was trading in and he was more than understanding and was never rude or seemed irritated with the process at all. I was also extremely impressed with the finance department, Brittany called almost two weeks later letting me know she noticed an insurance mistake and they already corrected it and set up the correct charges and a check was on the way to my bank. Great experience and it showed a lot about the character of the employees that work here! More

The internet sales department has been very friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. When pricing around New Mexico and El Paso Toyota dealerships, LHM Toyota in Albuquerque has had the best pricing. Adrian Monsanto was our recent internet salesperson and he was awesome! Highly recommend both their service department and their internet sales department!!! More

I bought a 2010 Prius at this dealership in 2010, and I just want to commend everyone at Larry Miller Toyota ABQ for their great service, and loyalty. I bought a 2010 Prius at this dealership in 2010, and I have been consistently happy all these years. Just this week, my hybrid battery died after 7 pls years and 72,000 miles, and I was told "No worry" It is covered under warranty. I have shown up at the Service entrance several times without an appt. when cold weather triggered the tire pressure light . No problem; no wait; just sat in my car while they serviced the tires. The dealership is newly refurbished and the customer service waiting area is very nice. If you show up after 10 am, the donuts, coffee and fruit may still be available! Thanks to Adrian Medina, Service Advisor this week, and all the staff. More
