Often times dishonest companies use this gimmick to get you into the shop an then fabricate or exaggerate other repair issues not covered by the plan or coupon. My visit was absolutely free. The alignment was within spec and the vehicle inspection results pointed out some normal wear that will need to be addressed at a future visit, but I wasn't pressed at all to have them repaired during this visit. We were met by Sales Rep Tony Maldonado, who curiously was the same Sales Rep for our Prius. I related to Tony what I was looking for in an automobile and after some searching for a Wind Chill Pearl paint color 2018 Camry HYbrid LTE it was determined there was no such vehicle on the lot. Tony located the required car at a Santa Fe Toyota dealer. Before completing the transaction, Tony gave us a test ride in a 2018 Camry Hybrid LTE. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the car and proceeded to make a cash purchase the car located in Santa Fe. Tony was extremely knowledgable about Toyota automobiles. Additionally he acted in a very professional manner. After trading in the Prius and returning home with the new Camry, Tony followed up with a telephone call to make sure everything was satisfactory. i asked Tony about how to program the computers which operate the various safety fixtures and that I was somewhat confused. We arranged to meet on 29Nov2017 and he and a couple co-workers walked me through the parts of the settings that I found confusing. I just have returned home after the meeting and am completely happy and satisfied with L H Miller Toyota and the staff that helped me through the process. More
