He answered any and all questions we had and did excellent to deal with two "old people". Enrique was so considerate and overall just wonderful to deal with. I was especially pleased that he was NOT the "old fashion pushy person" that was the style years ago. Enrique showed patience to answer our questions and explain anything else that we were asking questions about. He showed consideration and respect that one is often missing.
