Extraordinary Effort when I needed it. I am a Houston resident. Hurricane Harvey destroyed my 3 vehicles, 1 of which was my Toyota Tacoma, along with our house and all the contents. All a I am a Houston resident. Hurricane Harvey destroyed my 3 vehicles, 1 of which was my Toyota Tacoma, along with our house and all the contents. All a total loss. I was unable to find a replacement truck in Houston, as you might expect. I began to telephone out of state dealerships to check their inventory. Contacting Larry Miller Toyota in Albuquerque connected me to Mr. Rudy Gomez. After telling him my sad tale he checked local then regional inventory without success. I thanked him and we ended the call. After a short time Mr. Gomez called me back stating he wanted so much to help me that he did some dealer searches and had found an exact match in another state and region. When I contacted that dealer, they did in fact have my Tacoma and would have it available in just a few days, not the months that it would take to order a replacement. Through Mr. Gomez' "above and beyond" effort my problem was solved. Even though he did not get the sale he gets my sincere gratitude for his efforts. A shining example of American spirit as we help each other in times of need. Thank you Rudy. More
