Besides the usual oil/filter change, The service staff always take time to inspect the rest of the drive train, etc., and inform me of a y potential problems or warning signs. When we discuss thses issues, the staff makes cleart what needs to be taken care of now and also, what may be future problems. There are no strong arm techniques using impending doom if problem is not taken care of immediately, but if there is a problem area, the staff does present alternate warnings and/or solutions for future problems. So all in all, I am satisfied wtih the quality treatment I receive from Larry H Miller Toyota. More

At conclusion of the sale he showed us various functions on the car, helped to link our phone to the Blue Tooth system and demonstrated to us how to obtain Pandora on the radio. Purchase of 2017 Toyota 4Runner I'll start by saying that my husband and I had been researching and shopping for a new vehicle for the better part of a year. As such, we had been to several different dealerships negotiating prices and seeing what kind of deal we could get. So believe me when I say we had dealt with all sorts of vehicle sales reps and their managers... some were very upstanding and easy to deal with, others seemed to be trying to play us for fools and not take us seriously ("This is an amazing deal! You can't find a price on a vehicle like this anywhere else!"). Which was unfortunate because we probably knew more about their vehicles than they did. When we went into Larry H Miller to look at a new 4Runner, the salesman Enrique was very professional and easy to work with-- we weren't pressured into buying something we didn't want and his manager (whose name I neglected to write down) didn't jerk us around when trying to negotiate a price. something that had happened elsewhere on more than one occasion. From the time we arrived at the dealership to look at the 4Runner to the time we signed all of the finance paperwork, it was less than a cumulative 3 hours over 2 days to make the deal. I suppose Toyota dealers don't have to pressure customers into buying their products (especially 4Runners and Tacomas) because they kind of sell themselves, what with the ridiculously amazing reliability and resale value. Ultimately, we were very pleased with our experience at Larry H Miller Toyota of Albuquerque and have already recommended them to some of our friends who are in the market for a new car in the next year or so. Note: I didn't rate "Quality of Work" because they have not serviced the vehicle for us, so we can't speak to that. More

Obviously I am loyal to the brand but what makes things even better is working with Richard Jiron. I have bought my last two vehicles from Richard and I couldn't be any more thankful for all of his guidance. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful, but Richard makes it easy and cares about your concerns. I will continue to go to him anytime I am in need of a new vehicle. Thank you, Richard! More

Car was towed to in and Jed took in over from there. After careful inspection problem was defective water pump. I received a phone call to inform me of the problem. Car was fixed promptly and I was notified when work was completed. Jed Glasser answered all my questions and handled my crisis professionally. More

I will keep coming back though because of Izze Gambino. He is always considerate, friendly, explains things in an easy to understand way. He also works with you. That is, he lets you know what absolutely needs to be fixed or done now, and what needs to be done soon, but not for some time yet. This is helpful especially for people on a budget. Whenever you need your car serviced or repaired, be sure to ask for Izze!! More

I take my Ford there for all of my service needs. They are honest and reputable unlike Rich Ford here in Albuquerque. I LOVE LHM Toyota! I bought this car two years ago from this dealership and they have always treated me right. More

Figuring out an unusual problem I had my car towed because the brake malfunction light came on and flashed dramatically and I couldn't start the car.
