dissatisfied sales experience We have purchased 11 new Toyota vehicles in the past 30 years. Several from Larry H Miller dealerships. We are extremely satisfied with our new 2017 Toyota 4-Runner. Could not be happier with the new vehicle. Very satisfied with service and parts departments at Larry H Miller. Could not be more DISSATISFIED with sales experience for following reasons: 1. Our original salesperson was either fired or resigned from his position. We tried contacting him through dealership 7 times regarding the arrival of our vehicle. Were given his voicemail every time we called. No return calls. We had to go to dealership to find out he no longer worked there. Some one in dealership should have reassigned a new salesperson to our transaction. 2. During the closing of the contract after vehicle arrived, we informed finance personnel that we wanted to purchase a Toyota Certified Extended Warranty. Was told that these were not available at this dealership. Only Larry H Miller extended warranty was available. Hard to believe a Certified Toyota Dealership could not help us obtain a Certified Toyota Warranty. Many thanks to the Toyota Corporation in helping us obtain this warranty after we called them. 3. After driving vehicle home from dealership, we noticed it was extremely rough riding. When we arrived home all tires were inflated to 47 psi. Recommended pressure is 32. Poor preparation of vehicle when it arrived at dealership. 4. In the 3 months that we have owned this vehicle there has not been any survey or request of satisfaction from this Larry H Miller dealership. We had even requested a contact from this dealership through the Toyota Corporation. It would be difficult to recommend this dealership to friends or family for these reasons! More

Awesome Customer Service I was scheduled for monthly service the week before and had to be at work.
