Overall good experience I purchased a new vehicle (as a customized order) through the Costco program and was pleased with the rapid response to my request. The Internet sales representative (Enrique) was very helpful and seemed truly interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted without any of the usual sales pressure (I actually had to convince him that I needed a more expensive trim line!). The discount negotiation was very straightforward and fair. He was very good at keeping me updated on the progress of my order as it was being built and shipped. The finance discussion conducted with another person (Derrick), though amiable, was less straightforward, however. The way the costs and credits were presented was confusing and I had to request a written summary so I could verify that all was correct (I had to remind him to credit my deposit, which he said he had forgotten about). He also initially presented the offer of an extended warranty and other services as 'free' from the LHM dealership. I had to ask about the costs involved, which he then explained. Overall, I received good to excellent service and the experience was much better than previous auto purchases. I think, however, that a better presentation of all the costs, preferably in advance so I would have had time to review it before completing the purchase, would have improved my rating to 5 stars. More

Replacement Seat I purchased a vehicle and the seat broke on it. To get a new part was to expensive so I bought one on Ebay and had it shipped to their repair shop. Work with the service manager Todd Mills and he received the part and installed it for me. Save me almost $1000.00 and was done in one day. Great company and an outstanding service department.
