We have been proud owners of Toyota cars for several years & it's great to know that we are treated with such specialized attention. My recent appointment for scheduled maintenance was done by Mr. Izze Gambino, Assistant Service Manager. He has handled my service appointment every time & I would not have it any other way. Izze is so professional but adds that extra special touch of caring & concern making sure that I am content with everything. Help Was Given Before Closing! It had been four cold days and my nice Toyota Corolla had not been used during that time while on vacation. I got home and it started very slowly. I It had been four cold days and my nice Toyota Corolla had not been used during that time while on vacation. I got home and it started very slowly. I told my wife, we have a battery going bad. I looked at my watch and realized it was almost 4pm....and on a Saturday. My wife turned and told me we still have an hour..."do you think they will help us?" I promptly drove over and was greeted by Brittany and soon after the mechanic Jacob. Both extended a cordial hand shake and proceeded to check my battery. I was worried that it may take more time to replace the battery--and they were soon to close. Jacob patiently checked the battery with me and then said he would be happy to replace it--even near closing time. Brittany took our information and my wife and I breathed a sigh of relief. After the job was done, I was very pleased and told Brittany that I wanted to especially thank her and Jacob for helping.....class operation...class help.....people that care and don't watch the clock.
