However, we are not at all happy with the representative who concluded the financial paperwork. We've bought 5 different Priuses since 2009, and this time, for some reason this last representative decided to only put the paperwork in my name only, instead of both my husband's and my names. Now, once we get the final sales paperwork, we are going to have a hassle getting MVD to title the vehicle in both our names properly. I have also just now realized that the "receipt for payment" (we paid cash) was issued in the wrong name & so now I will have to take time off from work to make a trip back to the dealer to try to resolve all of the issues caused by the financial agent. But Tony, our actual salesman, was wonderful. More
