Upon starting the van for the first ti Recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I dealt with John for the sale, and Larry for the financing. Upon starting the van for the first time, it was sitting for a while so the rotors were rusted like no tomorrow and it took some real effort to get it going. During the test drive, we were told that if that persisted after we bought it (if we did), they would take care of it for us. After some back and forth with the salesmen and running some numbers, you know, the usual, we decide to buy the van. As it turns out, the problem still presented after a trip down to WV. Called the dealer up, and they schedule an appointment with us. Anyway, long story short. It needed new brakes, and I got what the dealership promised. Working with John was a pleasure, Larry was great (the finance guy), and it was an all around good experience. On a side note, it's about the only dealership with a playroom for the kids, and it's fantastic. Would recommend this dealer to others in a heartbeat. More
