I had a long list of specific features and options I wanted, and Justin Brown took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found me the exact car I needed. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Joe Rowell, the Sales Manager, was also fantastic. Joe and Justin are true professionals who clearly know what they’re doing, and they made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Even Brad Leffferts in Finance was great to work with. We hit it off right away, and the paperwork was completed in just a couple of minutes. That alone says a lot about how smoothly the entire experience went. I absolutely loved the experience from start to finish.
