Good at getting you in and out for morning vehicle drop offs. Would like to have a ride provided when dropping off my vehicle, sometimes they do not have porters. Sandy Sansing BMW told me I needed a new windshield to fix a Driver Assistance issue, which would not be covered under warranty. They quoted me an estimate at over $3,100. I took the car to BMW of Mobile fix a Driver Assistance issue, which would not be covered under warranty. They quoted me an estimate at over $3,100. I took the car to BMW of Mobile 3 days after picking it up from their dealership. The issue was resolved in 1 hour by recalibrating the KAFAS camera. In addition to this, they refused to acknowledge the existence of an active third party warranty. I was told I personally needed to contact that company and get them to cover the cost of the windshield if I didnt want to pay the full cost. Needless to say, I will not be returning here. More
