We are on our third BMW from Sandy Sansing. Service is always top notch. However, over the years the “perks” have gone away. Loaner cars formally available, gone. Wash and detail after a service has change to “complimentary wash”. This was a half hearted attempt at best. Wheels, door jams still dirty. Interior not touched. This is a far cry from the level of service that used to be provided at Santa Sansing BMW. With that said the facility is nice, waiting area is comfortable with complementary refreshments.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. More
