Wait time on Saturday was 4. 5 hours. They Pushed my car to the back of the line bc I was getting brakes, rotors and oil change on a Saturday. They did all the oil changes ie, si 5 hours. They Pushed my car to the back of the line bc I was getting brakes, rotors and oil change on a Saturday. They did all the oil changes ie, simple stuff before my car. I had an 9am appointment and showed up 15mins early, I was the first car there and the last to leave. Not appropriate and unacceptable, no one ever came to explain the long delay or why my car was being delayed. Once they started on my car it didn’t take that long to complete. If they want to do simple oil changes first they shouldn’t book appointments for more complex work early in the morning. Save those for later. Don’t make the client wait excessively. More
