I had a great sales experience with Chris Allen. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Robert was great helping me understand all the bells and whistles inside the car. My experience was mixed with good and bad moments. Sandy Sansing received 4 stars because a car was purchased. The payments were in my accepted range and the vehicle i enjoyed. Here are additional Sandy Sansing received 4 stars because a car was purchased. The payments were in my accepted range and the vehicle i enjoyed. Here are additional points why a 4 star. The dealership had a diversity of vehicles (in comparison to FWB). Individuals do greet you with a handshake or a smile. Conversations on telephone were easily returned or pleasant in nature. The dealership was clean. Here is the bad. Majority of my conversations were through text and phone calls. I went to FWB but limited selection. My car was paid off and was not looking to purchase right away. I test drove and had my vehicle appraised. I negotiated with FWB for the value of my trade. FWB gave me $16k. The selection of vehicles in stock were not was i liked. This lead me to Sandy Sansing. A bad thing is the website is not updated. The vehicle photos do not reflect accurately. This caused frustration for me. You’re asking questions about vehicles but not see the exact information. The good was Chris (Salesperson) was giving the information that was requested quickly. I sent over the documents that FWB offered plus my KBB on what my vehicle was worth. It was asked if they could match. I was told yes and for $17k. On the phone i mentioned that it had some scratches and tears. My KBB paperwork showed i rated my vehicle fairly and honestly. My vehicle did not have any mechanical issues. Now most of the conversation and ballpark numbers were for two vehicles. One vehicle that was in production and the other that showcased the possibilities of owning. My credit is excellent with debt ratio. This i always favored me. Im also a person that doesn’t try to live a life i can afford. After a few days of going back and forth with Chris and looking at an inaccurate website. Chris text to see if i could drive and view that car. When i made the decision to drive and view. I spoke with Chris and informed him my payment range, and specifications for the vehicle. The good: chris had the vehicle to showcase. I didnt care. I knew the payments were not what i wanted. A vehicle was picked and the numbers started. The sheets of paper they present are roughly higher than what you will get. The numbers are probably calculating all the extra packages u can select after u purchase the car. I knew my credit score. And my math was not the same as what was on the sheet. A bad is florida has one of the highest documentation fees. This is what dealerships charge for their service. It ranges from $600-$999. One of the highest in the states. Im not sure what Sandy Sansing charges consistently. I was charged $999. The highest. Again all numbers that favor the dealership and not the purchaser. When it came to negotiating. My car payments went from $800 to $700 then if i recall accurately about $680. This was where it got testy. One thing that caused the wrinkle was my trade in. They trade to lower my trade in value due to it was not pristine in their eyes. My vehicle was not a hooptie. It was well kept. Again rated fairly on KBB with documents sent. It was never told to me the car had to be in prestine condition. I was told this a couple of times to keep my word if were in the ballpark of $650. $680 is not the ballpark. I mentioned to keep the work you will match $17k. The deal was final made and then came bad moments. My car was not prepared. The floor mats were still in the wrapping. I asked where the owners manual was. I was told its only electronic. Im not sure if thats true. My license plate cover is missing. I see other BMWs with one. I dont. I was informed the car is next to the trade in. i can transfer items and have a good night. It was a bad experience because no one was in sight. Eventually i needed assistance and one salesperson helped me but it was limited because my car wasnt set up and lack of knowledge of what was going wrong. Again i said i will figure it and allowed the salesperson to go. I found Chris who helped alot. More
I appreciate that a get a quick diagnosis about the work that needs to be done, and by the time I get off of work my vehicle is ready to be picked up. that needs to be done, and by the time I get off of work my vehicle is ready to be picked up. More
I brought my R55 in for a diagnostic and while washing the car, the antenna base was broken. Kudos to the Dealership for standing behind their employee and repairing the damage!
