Hi Magdalena, at the time of purchase you signed a B-Line Purchase Agreement which is you acknowledging that you declined all warranty options, along with a sheet that we specifically printed out that list all of the warranty options you were eligible for. You declined all of these warranty options so we wrote "Declines coverages" very big across the whole paper and asked you to sign this sheet as well, which you did after we explained it to you, just so we would not have any issues like this later down the road.

I’ve bought several used cars from several dealers with no warranty and they always took care of any issues within a month . Also I have bought used cars and never ever had a major issue less than a month later . Also, your reviews show people saying how they had the cars examined by your warranty company and were told how it was a pre existing condition and no coverage was offered - $3k out the window. Also when I called nobody was even trying to be accommodating in any way, not even a kind word. I was passed from one person to another and no solutions. I understand that you had an an emergency with one of your employees and I hope he /she is well, but running a business you have to also understand that your customer who just purchased the car 25 days ago for $54 K, who is having breaks not working in a car is also having a real life emergency.

Also , I had the car inspected by a certified Cadillac service and I was given a list of 6 problems adding up to $4,000 total repairs needed to be done. Per your warranty, you would have deemed it as pre existing anyway. You sold me a broken car Sandy Sansing. You did not inspect it and fixed it like you needed to. Lesson learned . I’ll never buy a car from you again . That’s a shady business
