Thank you for bringing your 2008 Silverado back in and for your continued patience. During your previous visit, we repaired a wiring issue and replaced battery cables. At that time, no further issues were found, and the vehicle was returned to you on 3/11/25. When you returned on 5/27/25, the issue presented differently—with a very brief, intermittent no-start condition that didn’t allow enough time for accurate diagnostics. For that reason, we recommended returning when the issue becomes more consistent so we can properly identify and address the cause. We’re here to help and will be ready to assist as soon as the condition becomes more active.

First, I was not even out of your parking lot before the problem returned. Second, If the service representative had called, I would have discussed the replacement and had it done before I returned. True customer service is not a text.
