We take allegations like this seriously. Diagnostic fees cover the time and equipment used to evaluate a concern and are based on the information and symptoms present during the inspection. Diagnostic results are documented in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards; they are not altered based on a customer’s gender or experience. Vehicle concerns can sometimes change or appear resolved due to temporary conditions, but that does not invalidate the diagnostic process performed at the time of service. Repair recommendations are made based on the findings available during inspection, not assumptions. We appreciate your comment regarding our service department receptionist and will note that feedback. We also recognize that experiences like this can impact future purchasing decisions and will review this situation internally.
