I have given this review some thought for about a week. I wish to be fair but honest in all reviews I make. I was asked to provide an email address in addition to my phone number “for extra communication purposes” which I didn’t question. Long story short, over the next two days I received several notifications via both text and email which were not helpful in updating me on the status of my vehicle. These notifications at one pointed prompted me to pay $500 for a part, no other information given. When I called I was told the service rep would call me before the end of day and it was effectively implied that I should stop calling. I never did receive that call. On the third day I called anyway even though I was concerned that I was being labeled for wanting to speak to someone. I was finally told the vehicle would be ready that day. Perhaps these vague “notifications” are adequate for some customers (read “younger”) but, as with any other business entity, this dealership needs to learn how to communicate with all customers regardless of who they are. Just because I am of the era where people prefer to speak with an actual human being shouldn’t mean that I am a pariah. In person I was treated with respect. But during the service experience I effectively dealt with nothing more than a computer and I was never informed that was the only way that I would get ANY information about my vehicle. I have used this dealership before with maintenance to my truck. This is the first time that I bought a vehicle from them and the process was very smooth and quick . I’ve had a much better experience working with this dealership than I’ve had with dealerships in the past. I really appreciated that! More

Ashley was our sales rep and she was FABULOUS!
