I dropped my tahoe off early for an oil change. And they actually got it done before my scheduled appointment. The only reason I gave only four stars is that when I came in to the lobby, two employ And they actually got it done before my scheduled appointment. It is so easy to make eye contact and say " is someone helping you?" or "may I help you?" This cost nothing but is priceless to your customers. More
