The only downside was that we were told the vehicle would be washed and the interior detailed. While I understand the wash wasn't possible due to rain, the interior had not been cleaned, and we found a cutting tool left on the back seat. Fortunately, the OnStar technician who was assisting us noticed it and took care of it right away. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was smooth and pleasant. More
