TPMS sensors have an average lifespan of about 6 years and your vehicle is 7 years old. Trouble codes related to the TPMS were present when your vehicle arrived for maintenance. After the tire rotation, we were able to relearn the sensors; however, there were already existing issues with the system. Since the sensors are located inside the tires, rotating the tires would not cause the TPMS sensors to fail. If you would like an estimate for TPMS replacement, please contact your service advisor.

That is absolutely false. There were NO trouble codes present whatsoever when I arrived or I would have mentioned it. There were no existing issues until after the service. I have already had them replaced for a fraction of the cost and excellent customer service at another location.
