Our Service Manager reached out to Mr. Haglund to gather more information. After reviewing the situation, the wheel lock tool was found taped under the spare tire cover. It’s an aftermarket splined key that we wouldn’t have had a tool for. Our technicians searched thoroughly, and we stand by the work performed.
