According to our service records, the vehicle has been in seven times since 9/7/24, with six visits for oil change and tire rotation services. Tire rotations were completed at each applicable visit, with the exception of the most recent due to the age of the tires based on date codes. Per policy, when tires exceed recommended age limits, we do not rotate or attempt repairs and instead recommend replacement for safety reasons. We did attempt to reach out to discuss and clarify this with you but were unable to resolve your concerns. We understand there may be differing perspectives and appreciate the opportunity to review your feedback.
