I took my car in for the first oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service from the young man in the drive through all the way to check out. When I got home one of the tire sensors came on. The dealership seems ok but the service department i was extremely disappointed with. Kept my car for over a month. The ladies in the front office were absolutely great! Very polite and professional. The female service writer was some what arrogant. She insisted that the recall was on super cruise. She argued with me, I had no knowledge of the super cruise recall and I had to go get the letter to show her what the letter said. I’m ok that the recall on the super cruise had to be taken care of. Her attitude and speaking down to me was not appreciated. My husband owns 2 mechanic shops, I’m not an idiot. But I’m also not a master tech. My vehicle was serviced while they had it, the job was done well. I’m grateful for the customer service from the sweet ladies in the office. Thank you! More
