Salesman was great, that’s about the only good thing about this dealership. Charged me nearly 5k over book value on a 2014 Silverado. Haven’t even owned truck a month and had to replace radiator, front about this dealership. Charged me nearly 5k over book value on a 2014 Silverado. Haven’t even owned truck a month and had to replace radiator, front struts, all tires and rims because two of the rims were cracked and all four tires were bald to a point where truck was too dangerous to drive, only back door speakers work front speakers do not. The list just goes on…I will never buy from Sandy Sansing Chevy Foley again in my life, crooks I’d get a better truck at a buy here pay here . More
They were great selling me the car on 10/16/23. It was a used 2020 Cadillac Escalade and sold as is. I paid $54 k for it . Less than a month later - 11/10/23 I’m having issues with breaks. I reached out to Sandy Sansing to see if they would take my car in and tell me what the problem is , I was told their next available appointment was on Thursday . I spoke With the General Manager and asked if they would give me a loaner car since I just made this purchase. He told me they did not have any loaner cars and he did not know what to tell me and practically hung up on me. I called multiple times asking them to help me with getting the car diagnosed and every single person blew me off. One of the receptionists told me that her records show that I had the car for 70 days which is false . Not one person said: oh my gosh I’mSorry you are having issues . Not one person was willing to make sure that car got in for service ASAP . I just bought it , $54 K is a ton of money . I understand the rule on sold as is, but I bought cars from big and small dealers before and they were always willing to fix the issue within the first month . Not Sandy Sansing in Foley . They made their money - out of sight out of mind . I have never been treated so badly by a car dealer in my life . More
Called, left message with two different sales staff. Never got a follow up call. Both of then e-mailed me with phone numbers to contact them. This must be some type of scam. Never got a follow up call. Both of then e-mailed me with phone numbers to contact them. This must be some type of scam. More

Spent $1,995 to “fix” an issue with the ABS/traction system. 6 months later, the exact same thing starts happening and now they’re saying it’ll be another $1,200 to re-fix what should have been taken c system. 6 months later, the exact same thing starts happening and now they’re saying it’ll be another $1,200 to re-fix what should have been taken care of the last time. I’m going to pick up my vehicle, broken, and disconnect the battery for the rest of its life because these people can’t do things right the first time. Never again will I trust them to do anything right, nor will I glance their way when I am forced to buy another vehicle due to their overall ineptitude. More
When I bought my truck I was real happy with the service the sales guy was really good little did I know when they offered me a extended warranty it did not extend anything figuring it would have extended t the sales guy was really good little did I know when they offered me a extended warranty it did not extend anything figuring it would have extended the powertrain warranty all it did was match the manufacture warranty which was 5 year 60000 mile at 76000 miles my transmission went out and can’t get a call back a new transmission cost 5600 dollars I think I paid almost 3000 for extended warranty for absolutely nothing and now stuck with having to buy transmission. At this point I don’t recommend Chevrolet and don’t ever get an extended warranty because it doesn’t extend anything their sale does not benefit the buyer. More
The Service Advisor was a wonderful lady who helped me with my routine oil change and 67,500 mile factory service which I scheduled online using their appointment tool. HOWEVER, the message did not get t with my routine oil change and 67,500 mile factory service which I scheduled online using their appointment tool. HOWEVER, the message did not get to the service tech. Suffice to say, if you use this dealer for service, you might want to consider another dealer as my vehicle was not serviced to the factory 67,500 mile requirement nor were the fluids properly topped off. The service advisor did apologize and even spoke to the service tech who finally came out to complete his job. (Folks attitude is everything - her's was great...his not so much) I have been a BowTie Loyalist since 1972 and judge not all dealers the same. I will not be back to Sansing/Southern. I will find another service center. BTW, this is not my first time at this dealer and I would advise you to seek other shops. Finally, I had brought my wife who is going to buy a new Blazer. Guess where she won't buy from? Merry Christmas! More
I had a 9:30 am appt. to have my Suburban looked at because the traction control and ABS warning lights on. I did not hear from them all day. I called late in the afternoon and left a voicemail. Dondra because the traction control and ABS warning lights on. I did not hear from them all day. I called late in the afternoon and left a voicemail. Dondra called me the next morning and said her tech has not looked at it yet and when he does she will call me. I did not hear from her and called the next morning and left another voicemail. She called me late that afternoon and said her tech just looked at it (3 days later) and it needs a new module. a module, which they don't have and have no idea when it might come in or if she will get one. She then tells me the only way she can order the module is if I pay for it up front. and to top it all off I can pick it up the next morning becuase she has to type up the notes before she can let me have it. She tells me the module is over $600 and will cost $600 in labor to install it. Aftermarket module is available and cost $300. I will never use this Chevrolet dealer's service again and recommend to everyone to do the same. More
