James, this is not an accurate representation of the situation. We advised you that you could work with the service department and Stellantis to explore the possibility of assistance in trading out of the truck. That part of the conversation has been left out. You also did not pay $104,000 for the truck. The price was $90,516. The truck is one year old with 8,254 miles. We offered $77,000 on trade in an effort to help you move into another vehicle. Your truck is currently being repaired under the manufacturer warranty and we are following the guidance provided by Stellantis. We understand your frustration with the situation, but the dealership is doing everything possible within the manufacturer’s process to address the concern.

What part of I've been having problems with the truck since day one do you not understand? When someone is sold a faulty product, the consumer gets a FULL refund, which includes taxes, warranty, and also interest which is a total of $104,599.23. A refund is not the trade in value... Just keep in mind, I did in fact hear the service department tell the salesman, "We'll just flash it, call it a fix and send him on his way HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Word for word... Don't you dare come at me calling me a liar. You provide faulty products, with zero solutions to fix them. Flashing the codes and lying to customers that their FAULTY product is "fixed" is a disgrace. You should be ashamed. How can a vehicle be stated as "currently being repaired" when it is sitting in my driveway after it was released to me after being told there was nothing you could do at this time? Oh thats right, i was told to come back in 3-4 months. It was missing bolts in the body. I can only imagine what else is wrong under the hood. If i did the trade in, I was told explicitly I would "have to eat 20k". Does that sound more accurate to you?
