Thank you for responding and yrs i would expect nothing more less than for you to inspect what i have reported , not only that but other customers have expressed their opinions as well of not being treated correctly and being charged for services rendered that they should not not have had to pay for at the time and I believe when you are finished you will find i am entitled to a full refund
