For the past thirty years I have used this dealership. Usually I have a good experience buying the vehicle and getting it serviced. Not this time. I waited months for recall parts to get in, then after Usually I have a good experience buying the vehicle and getting it serviced. Not this time. I waited months for recall parts to get in, then after making an appointment they could not find my paperwork. 6 hours later I called to check on my car but I got disconnected 4 times. Finally I was able to get a service agent(not the one assigned to me) and after a few minutes he told me my vehicle would be ready in an hour. My vehicle was completed and they did a good job but the experience was not up to this dealership standards of the past. More

Outstanding customer service and work done on my truck. I had a coolant valve malfunction on my RAM while on vacation. They repaired my truck within a day so that we could get back home! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at CDJR Sandy Sansing for helping me get my truck back on the road AGAIN. Unfortunately, my RAM 1500 broke down again while my family and I were on vacation. After the great service from my previous repair I called Sandy Sansing and they were very helpful. The got me in as soon as they could Cleary explained what the issue was and got me on the road as soon as they could. Unfortunately, while driving back home the truck broke down again. Sandy Sansing arranged for two techs to bring the truck back to the dealership, repair it and they even arranged to ship the truck to me so I could go ahead and get home to my wife and child ,while they awaited diagnosis and parts for my truck to arrive. Tim even helped me unload the luggae that I needed so that could take my suit cases home!!You guys were clutch for us again. Thanks to Jay,Tim,Brian, General Manager, all the techs who worked on my truck and the entire staff. You guys were incredible. Hopefully next time I come back,it will be just to say hello and not another truck issue while on vacation haha. Thank you all! I Highly recommend CDJR of Foley. More

I can't believe you have the nerve to send me a survey. After charging me $5,000 for a warranty, then charging another $1,000 5 months later for a repair that was guaranteed to be covered at the time of pu After charging me $5,000 for a warranty, then charging another $1,000 5 months later for a repair that was guaranteed to be covered at the time of purchase. The warranty company confirmed that we should not have had to pay for the repair. We have called and left messages. We have been told that we will hear back about the complaint. We have not. I feel like you stole $1,000 from us. We should have been given the option of aftermarket parts and taking our business elsewhere. The warranty company that we bought through Sandy sansing told us that we should be reimbursed due to not being given the option of aftermarket parts with another repair company. More
